Former NCAA gymnast, turned Sport Psychology Consultant
Alix is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), currently residing in Las Vegas, Nevada providing in-person and online mental skills training sessions to competitive athletes and performers.
As an NCAA Division 1 Scholar-Athlete at the University of Pittsburgh, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology while competing for the Gymnastics team. During her senior season, became Conference champion on the Uneven bars.
After completing her degree and gymnastics career at Pitt, she went on to earn a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Chatham University.
Currently, Alix spends her nights on stage performing as an aerialist with Cirque du Soleil, and consults with clients during the day. In her career with Cirque du Soleil, she has performed all over the world since her start in January 2012. Her passion for live entertainment inspired Alix to extend her consulting practice to aspiring and professional performing artists.
Alix has experience working with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. While she primarily conducts one-on-one sessions, she is equally experienced in presenting to groups and teams. In addition to working with competitive youth and adult athletes, as well as professional performers, she also consults with coaches and conducts educational presentations such as USAG Region 1 Mini Congress (2021) and USA IDA Worlds Preparation (2022).
