Reach out to start a discussion on what you would like to achieve through our work together.
I will share more detailed information on my sessions, such as rate and frequency.
If we are a good fit for one another, an Initial Intake Session will be scheduled.

Initial Intake

During this first session, I will gather information to better understand my client, their background, and current experience.

At the end of the session, we will establish goals for our work together.

Sessions

During our weekly sessions, I will introduce tools geared towards our goals, that my client can implement outside of our sessions. We will have occasional check-in’s to reflect on tools and progress being made.
