These sessions are customized to meet your individual needs and geared towards optimizing performance through improving the mental aspect of your craft.

The biggest misconception about sport psychology is that these sessions are solely for those facing challenges. However, mental skills can be sharpened even at the peak of your career- whether to maintain that standing or continue to grow from there. Common topics include but are not limited to: managing competition/performance related stress, return from injury, overcoming fears and mental blocks.
